Spring into the
color & beauty of the season and join us May 12th and/or 13th
(farmer's choice) for the Spring Jubilee Nursery & Farm Tour.
The Spring
Jubilee Nursery & Farm Tour is a self-guided tour of eleven nurseries and
farms in Silvana, Stanwood and on Camano
Island that offers the
opportunity to get an insider’s view into the world of agriculture and
horticulture and see what’s growing in your own backyard!
The public is
invited to meet our farmers, tour their family-owned farms, and learn about the
industry and variety of crops that are grown in our area.
Gardeners and
flower fans can purchase vegetable starts, culinary herbs, annuals, perennials,
hanging baskets, native trees and shrubs and stock up on fertilizers, garden
tools, and gifts.
Also available
will be farm-raised beef, pork, and poultry as well as honey, fresh eggs, and
hand-crafted birdhouses.
The event is
free and open to all ages. Tour hours
are 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and for those farms/nurseries who choose, Sunday 10 am to 5 pm. See the Stanwood Camano News insert for which farms/nurseries are open both days.
Rain or shine
the farmers are ready to welcome you to their farms so come prepared to have
fun and get a little mud on your shoes.

11 am – 1 pm Reception Honoring Deb Seay Join us at this annual fall farm festival in the Port Susan area: Stanwood, Camano Island, and Silvana. Discover the agricultural richness and fantastic food of this northwest corner of Snohomish County and Camano Island. The farms and festivals are many, the people are friendly, and you’ll find an abundance of activities for all ages.
Taking its name and inspiration from Stanwood’s 1930’s era annual fall festival, the 2011 Harvest Jubilee highlights agriculture past and present with an eye to preserving farms and farmland for future generations.
We are proud to support our local farms and businesses throughout the year. Check this site often to see more about similar activities, educational and volunteer opportunities, and events the farms are hosting year-round. For more information, see More Events Calendar.
